How does it work?

Bluee syncs your Contacts automatically. Just open contacts in the app and choose Data or Local Call option.
Data Call will use your career or wifi to make a call.
Local Call will dial a local number automatically to connect you worldwide.

What are the payment options?

Buy different amount of credits ($3,5 / $10 / $20 / $30) with the most suitable option for you: Credit/Debit Card, Pay Pall, iTunes or Goggle Wallet.

How can I change my Credit/Debit Card info?

When making a payment tap on New Credit/Debit Card and fill in new card’s information. New information will be saved and the old one will be deleted.

Are there any additional charges?

No. We assure you that there are no hidden fees.

I forgot my PIN, what should I do?

In case you forget your PIN, contact our customer service with customer.service@bluee.co and we will send you the PIN.

I have a new number. How do I add it to my account?

Go to your account and press Reset. After, sign up with a new number and email our customer service with customer.service@bluee.co to transfer your balance from an old account to a new account.
